Daniel Booth | Past President
Dan Booth is a strategic leader and “connector of dots” who brings a lifelong commitment to social change to the Mixed Company Theatre Board of Directors. Currently the Inclusion Manager for Global Strategy Integration at RSM Canada, Dan specializes in building inclusive cultures and has led the firm’s Pride Employee Network Group.
His history with Mixed Company is foundational; he previously served as the company’s General Manager and Head of Development before transitioning to the Board, where he has also served as President. Dan’s professional journey includes key leadership roles at the University of Toronto Mississauga, CPA Ontario, and Famous PEOPLE Players.
A graduate of Queen’s University in Not-for-Profit Management specialization, Dan is a dedicated single father and former marathon runner who remains passionate about the power of Forum Theatre to foster dialogue and social wellness

Shoshanah Webber | Director
Shoshanah Webber is a partner practicing in the Financial Services, Insolvency and Corporate/Commercial Groups at Dentons Canada LLP and is co-lead of the Financial Services Group in the Vancouver office. Prior to entering law, Shoshanah obtained a bachelors degree in English Drama and Theatre from McGill University, spent a year as a ski bum in Whistler and taught English as a foreign language in Japan. Shoshanah joined the board of Mixed Company Theatre in 2008 as it offered an opportunity to mix her desire to serve the community and her passion for theatre.

Jillian Cockburn | Director
Jillian Cockburn is a professional grant writer, arts manager, and nonprofit consultant based in Guelph, Ontario. For over 18 years, she has supported artists and arts organizations across various disciplines, focusing on collaborative artistic initiatives that engage equity-deserving communities. Her past roles include Development Manager at Ballet Creole, Interim General Manager at Odyssey Theatre, Associate Manager at Sheatre, and Director of Operations at Art Not Shame.
Jillian is the Founder and Principal of Jillian Cockburn Grant Writing, a consulting practice dedicated to empowering cultural organizations, artists, and creatives through expert grant services and strategic support.
Jillian’s journey with Mixed Company Theatre began in 2010 when she served as the Production Outreach Consultant for Project ACT, an interactive Forum Theatre presentation for youth that toured Ontario between 2010 and 2011. She is thrilled to support the organization once again—this time, as a Board Member.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mixed Company Theatre Board Member and friend, Brian Hutchison in 2024.
We are proud to have had Brian as a member of MCT’s Board from 2017-2024.
We are grateful for every way that Brian has positively impacted our company and for Brian’s friendship with our team.
